Description

The company is hiring a Business Analyst in Belgium to strengthen teams delivering transformation projects in four sectors: Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare. The role covers client missions and internal initiatives that grow the consulting unit and its sector offerings.

The ideal candidate has delivered mid-to-large scale digital or transformation projects, takes ownership, learns quickly, and enjoys combining client impact with building a team.

The company Consulting is a strategy and transformation consultancy of 450 multidisciplinary consultants, working in France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Morocco. Its five offerings are CIO Advisory, Sustainability, Data & GenAI, Transformation & Change, and Corporate Functions Advisory.

The wider group has 28,000 consultants and specialists across 19 countries and focuses on four core businesses: consulting, infrastructure and application management, software implementation, and software publishing. It partners with four major software publishers and aims to become one of Europe's top 5 in those technologies. It has grown steadily in a market that has been expanding for over 30 years.

  • As assignments develop, move into project lead roles and help grow the unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, conferences and publications.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or business school.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, including time at a consulting firm in strategy, transformation, operations excellence or digital consulting.
