  • Help project managers with status updates, task tracking and coordination.
  • Support responses to operational and Level 3 queries on assigned systems or processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle several priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willing to build new skills and understand new technology when needed.
  • Service-minded, adaptable and resilient.
  • Results-driven and accountable for your own work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desired: some experience in commodities (EU and UK power and gas, oil, coal, precious metals and freight) and commodity derivatives (options and futures).
  • Desired: in-depth knowledge of front office processes (voice and electronic broking, trade and order capture), middle office processes (transaction control and processing), or back office processes (clearing, settlement, invoicing, payment and confirmations) would be an advantage.
  • Desired: experience with SAFe Agile.
  • Desired: exposure to messaging protocols such as FpML or FIX.
  • Desired: understanding of financial products or trade lifecycle processes.
  • Desired: exposure to SQL or data-related analysis.
