Description

The company is growing its AXIS OS Security and Compliance team in Lund, Sweden, and is hiring an experienced Software Project Manager to help lead that work.

You will take software projects from planning through delivery within the AXIS OS Security and Compliance area. The projects support Linux user-space platform functionality, with a focus on broad security solutions and compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Common Criteria, and other standards and regulations.

You will work with teams across the company to strengthen the security and reliability of AXIS OS and to make the platform easier for developers to use. You will also help meet existing compliance obligations and prepare for new requirements as they appear around the world.

Permanent employment. Certain roles require background checks, and notice will be given before any check begins. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the posting closes on 2026-11-11. Questions can go to recruiting manager Markus Borggren at.

  • Make sure the company's software development lifecycle processes and quality standards are followed.
  • Improve project management practices and team execution over time.
  • Manage dependencies across projects and teams so they stay aligned with overall program goals.

Requirements

  • You are organized and self-driven, take initiative, and keep work moving toward clear outcomes.
  • You understand software development well and can unite people through clear communication, sound leadership, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • A master's degree (MSc) in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven software development project management experience, specifically with embedded systems or Linux-based platforms.
