Program Delivery Manager (68100)

Description

This is a Program Delivery role in the Enterprise Applications function, leading Managed Services work.

You will lead the delivery and transformation of large managed services engagements covering infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, digital workplace, service management, security and platform operations.

You will run geographically spread delivery teams and portfolios worth millions of dollars, using automation, AI-enabled operations and engineering rigour to reach business results.

The role calls for technical depth, operations leadership, commercial judgement and the ability to manage executives, so that services are resilient, scalable and based on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across geographically spread teams.
• Oversee managed services operations.
• Manage programs and portfolios from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and senior executives.
• Own the financial and commercial performance of the work.
• Turn digital transformation and new ideas into delivery.
• Keep governance, risk and compliance under control.
• Develop leaders and grow people within the teams.
• Shape solutions to support pre-sales work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 15, 20 years of steadily growing experience in enterprise IT, managed services, infrastructure, cloud, digital transformation or enterprise application delivery.
• At least 8 years leading global delivery organizations or large managed services portfolios.
• Experience managing enterprise customers on contracts worth multiple millions of dollars a year.
• A proven record of leading global teams across several regions and time zones.
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, backup, networking.
• Technical knowledge of identity and security: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, Zero Trust, SIEM.
• Technical knowledge of enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.
• Technical knowledge of DevOps and automation: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python.
• Technical knowledge of observability and AIOps: Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana.
• Technical knowledge of IT service management: ITIL, incident, problem, change, release, capacity, availability, CMDB, service catalog.
• Technical knowledge of AI and automation: generative AI, agentic AI, AIOps, predictive operations, intelligent automation.
