Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager

Description

The team is hiring a Fusion Platform Roadmap Delivery Manager to join the Delivery Team.

The role focuses on getting roadmap items delivered on time and in good shape across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the delivery roadmap for an assigned region, covering provider connection requests, launches of new providers, and new or changed products.
• Coordinate with other departments across the company, and report on and oversee delivery progress for the roadmap in your region.
• Give operators and vendors regular, clear updates throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including presenting to them.
• Help plan incoming requests and projects, and support any work that makes delivery run more smoothly.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings that set out project goals, outcomes, and expectations for the development and operations teams.
• Work with the relevant people to get environments ready for deployment and testing, pushing internal and external teams in your area to do the same.
• Look for ways to make delivery more predictable, efficient, and high quality.
• Help drive improvements to how the team works, along with its standards and principles.

Requirements

• Write and speak English at a high level, with excellent oral and written communication. This is a must.
• Have at least 5 years of software project management experience.
• Have experience with JIRA and Confluence. This is a must.
• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Experience implementing organisational change policies is a benefit.
• Be proactive and detail-focused, self-motivated, results-driven, and a good team player.
• Have strong social skills, an open mind, and the ability to come up with unconventional ideas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, managers, team leads, and developers alike.
• Motivate and guide colleagues toward their goals.
• Make sense of business information from a range of sources, such as BI reports and the media.
• Analyse problems well and present findings with strong skill.
• Manage and lead several projects at once. Excellent multitasking is a must.
