Description

You will own the roadmap for People Systems, the technical programs that shape how colleagues across the company hire, grow and get support. Your work starts with the people who use these systems daily: you find where they lose time and turn that into a plan engineers and data scientists can build.

People Systems builds and runs the tools behind hiring, development and people support across the company's entities and centres of expertise. The team works with engineers, data scientists and People & Culture stakeholders to make these systems simpler, more reliable and more automated.

The company operates in around 65 countries and is one of Europe's largest tech platforms. It is headquartered in Berlin, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX index. The People & Culture team works on attracting, developing and keeping talent, with a focus on employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the People Systems roadmap and turn it into an execution plan with goals tied to clear business impact.
  • Run interviews and surveys with teams across the company's entities and centres of expertise to find needs the systems do not yet meet.
  • Spot friction points and chances to improve or automate processes.
  • Define and track success metrics and KPIs for system performance, customer satisfaction and business impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to shape product decisions and guide each iteration.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in product, project or program management, delivering complex, data-driven technical products at scale with measurable results.
  • Data fluency and hands-on work with engineers, data scientists or analysts, with an analytical approach to breaking hard problems into solutions that scale.
  • Prior experience owning a technology or AI roadmap and its delivery with a cross-functional team, including senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of turning conflicting business needs into technology and data product solutions.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management that keeps global teams aligned, including data science, engineering and brand stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and own long-term OKRs, turning complex challenges into concrete product plans.
  • Experience with HR or people-tech platforms such as HRIS, talent or workforce systems.
  • Experience applying AI or automation to internal processes.
  • Experience running user research with internal customers.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or entities in a global organisation.
