Description

The company runs a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, with users in more than 55 countries and over 300 million people a month.

It also gives event creators data and technology to grow their events and reach new audiences.

Partners include Netflix, F.C. Barcelona and Primavera Sound, and the company is backed by several global investors.

The company is looking for hands-on people who want to shape the future of live entertainment.

This role owns big events from the point the sales and legal teams have signed the commercial contract through to final close.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full life cycle of large events, from the signed commercial contract to final closing.
  • Act as the main contact for every stakeholder, from the event organizer to each internal team.
  • Hold overall ownership of the process while working as part of a team, making sure work lands on time and in shape by directing other departments' tasks.
  • Pass product (Fever usability) and process needs to headquarters, then work with product and engineering to deliver them.
  • Consolidate all requirements into one list and prioritize them with the product team.
  • Build and maintain a thorough Q&A so the user support team can handle potential user issues.
  • Make sure every requirement needed for the project goals has the documentation it needs.
  • Depending on the event, be on site during the launch or other key dates.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree and have a project management background; you work well in a fast-paced setting and are flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
  • Be entrepreneurial, with a mix of project management and operational experience.
  • Coordinate other departments comfortably to deliver requirements on time, and get results in unclear situations while staying precise and anticipating what comes next.
  • Have 6+ years in project management or consulting. Events experience is not required, though it is a plus.
  • Be fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
  • Learn fast and pick up new skills quickly, with strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills.
  • Spot problem areas and build plans to resolve them.
  • Communicate well and have a record of building positive working relationships.
  • Stay highly organized and efficient, and handle many parallel workstreams.
  • Be curious and willing to push boundaries and test new ideas.
  • Communicate with event partners, brands, agencies and talent about their efforts.
  • Think strategically about an events partnership brief or about the company's proprietary data on which events perform.
  • Be collaborative and willing to do any events task that needs doing.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • A strong academic background is a plus.

Conditions

Work from the heart of the city, with possible travel across the company's markets.

Hybrid or full-time setup, with home office allowed.

Equal opportunity: the company hires regardless of background, identity, belief, disability or circumstances, and applicants may ask the Talent team for accommodations during selection.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package, with the chance of a significant bonus for top performance.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.
  • Gympass membership.
  • Responsibility from day one, with room for professional and personal growth.
  • Work with a young, international team.
