The company is a global digital solutions and transformation business. This role sits in the Smart Manufacturing and Operations team, which helps global manufacturers modernize factory operations, connect IT and OT environments, and build connected manufacturing ecosystems.

You will work with industry specialists, architects, data scientists and engineering teams to shape Factory of the Future solutions that combine AI, industrial automation, cloud and edge technologies. The aim is measurable operational results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and architecture for enterprise-scale AI solutions in smart manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Design end-to-end IT-OT architectures that connect MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing and cloud platforms, using GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins and automation.
• Meet executive stakeholders to understand business needs, run architecture workshops and produce transformation roadmaps.
• Support strategic pursuits by writing solution strategies, reference architectures, implementation approaches and executive presentations.
• Govern architecture throughout delivery and mentor technical teams.
• Work with global engineering and partner ecosystems to build offerings, reusable accelerators and proprietary intellectual property for the Smart Manufacturing portfolio.

Requirements

• Over 15 years leading digital transformation in manufacturing, industrial automation or smart factory settings.
• Deep knowledge of AI and ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins and intelligent automation.
• Proven record designing enterprise IT-OT solutions that connect MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge and cloud.
• Solid grasp of manufacturing operations, industrial control systems and Factory of the Future architectures.
• Ability to turn complex business problems into scalable, secure, production-ready technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical strategy, architecture governance, solution design and executive-level client work.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence business and technology leaders.
• Experience building reusable frameworks, reference architectures and AI accelerators, and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams across global organizations.
