The Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team attracts, engages and keeps strong candidates for a bank focused on changing banking for good. The team aims to give candidates and hiring teams a top-tier experience.

The company is hiring a Recruiter for the Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team. You will manage candidates through recruiting and selection, advise the S&G Talent Acquisition teams, and help with projects that improve the recruiting process. You will keep up with recruiting trends and new techniques to keep the team among the best recruitment groups.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle, from planning and sourcing through coordinating and executing every stage.
• Keep candidates organized and detailed in their records, and communicate clearly with them.
• Work with hiring managers, business or organization leads and other key stakeholders to learn specific talent needs.
• Collaborate with a group of high-performing recruiters.
• Partner with business teams on strategic projects and hiring plans.
• Use recruiting data to give leadership and HR partners timely status updates and hiring results.
• Find strong candidates beyond direct applications, using search engines, career sites, recruiting events and other creative sourcing methods.
• Build relationships with a high volume of candidates, learn what motivates them, and match them to the right role.
• Track high-volume candidate data in real time, with precision.
• Help with ad hoc recruitment projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience, or a combination of these.
• Preferred: 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of human resources experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of client consulting experience.
• Experience gained in a classroom or through other paths is valued equally, so anyone who meets the basic requirements is invited to apply.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role. You must follow the company's hybrid policy on required on-site presence at your assigned office.

Full-time annual salary ranges by location: McLean, VA: $81,700 to $93,300 for Recruiter. Richmond, VA: $74,200 to $84,700 for Recruiter. Pay is for work performed in these locations. Candidates hired elsewhere receive the range for their location, and the exact salary appears in the offer letter. Part-time salaries are prorated to the agreed hours.
