  • You will handle project payables, billing and collections, working with the Project Coordinator to bill promptly and accurately.
  • You will read contract terms to confirm work meets customer expectations and company standards.
  • You will review financial reports and schedules to catch problems early, and report progress, issues and financial status to management.

  • You will prepare RFPs, negotiate and issue subcontracts.
  • You will keep project documents compliant with contract and company requirements.
  • You will check that construction meets specifications, local codes and installation methods.
  • You will manage material selection, ordering and delivery timing.
  • You will build lasting relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors and subcontractors, attend progress meetings and make sure subcontractors understand expectations.

  • You will help the Installation/Operations Manager and sales team with project development.
  • You will give feedback on engineers and designers to engineering and design team leads and operations management.
  • You will hand each completed installation over to service at project end.
