The company's work centres on buildings that are smart, healthy and sustainable, and its teams serve many industries around the world.
This is a day-to-day project lead role for validated environment and laboratory construction, such as cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, containment suites, biocontainment labs and related utilities, across a campus.
You will report to the Project Executive and work with Engineering, QA/Validation, Delivery, Sponsors and regional leadership to deliver projects inside a validated-state framework, with attention to operational excellence, compliance, and tactical and financial results.

Responsibilities
Run validated environment projects from planning through closeout across several sites, making sure IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, data integrity and regulatory expectations are met.
Act as the on-site lead day to day, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, QA/Validation staff, contractors and vendors toward project goals within validated-state limits.
Set and keep the scope, schedule and budget baselines with the Project Executive, track progress, and report any deviations. Keep the schedule moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
Write and carry out validation strategies and documents, including validation plans, commissioning and qualification work, and related records, in line with corporate validation policy.
Find project-level risks to deliverables, schedules, budgets, data integrity or compliance, then escalate them with proposed fixes.
Report project performance to the Project Executive, covering schedule, budget, risk, QA/validation progress and regulatory readiness.
Handle change orders, delays, procurement and contract administration for your projects, keeping everything aligned with validated baselines and contract terms. Update all logs at least weekly and manage documents to the standards set in the company's document system.
Maintain documentation controls that satisfy contract, QA and regulatory standards, including validation protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ records, SOP alignment and QA approvals, so that inspections can be supported.
Look for ways to improve validation workflows, data integrity practices and delivery quality, with the goal of raising client satisfaction.
Build and keep relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on validated-environment delivery and compliance at project level.
Manage vendor and subcontractor performance on your projects, choosing qualified partners and keeping them on schedule and aligned with objectives.
Handle project finances for your assignment, including budgets, forecasts, progress billings and payables, staying within project baselines.
