The company sells AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams around the world.
Its platform helps customers manage, secure and automate their IT environments.
Backed by Insight Partners, a global software investor, the company has grown at double-digit rates for a sustained period and keeps widening its reach. It supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints.
Founded in 2000, the company is still building and looks for people who create solutions rather than wait for them.
This is a senior individual contributor role in New Product Introduction (NPI) that also covers process transformation, go-to-market execution and organizational rollouts.
You will take unclear initiatives, scope them yourself and run several large programs at the same time. You will also build the delivery infrastructure these programs need, manage a wide map of executives and ELT members, and catch and resolve risk before anyone asks you to.
You connect teams and turn strategy into owned, delivered results across the company. The role offers high visibility and high autonomy, with regular access to the ELT and broad cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
Break business initiatives such as process changes, GTM work and product rollouts into workstreams, deliverables and named owners, needing little direction.
Own a portfolio of several large, complex programs at once, setting priorities and sequence across them with little supervision.
Build and maintain business-facing master schedules covering readiness reviews, enablement periods, go-live dates, retrospectives and key deadlines for multi-phase rollouts.
Run steering committees, change-management meetings, readiness checkpoints and retrospectives, keeping execution disciplined.
Set regular meeting rhythms with clear owners and follow-up.
Spot program and portfolio risk early and resolve it yourself before it reaches executives or the ELT.
Map dependencies across teams and clear hand-offs and approvals, including those that cut across concurrent programs.
Find and remove execution blockers across workstreams and the wider portfolio.
Raise business, operational and change-adoption risks early, work with functional and executive leaders on mitigation, and own the business risk narrative.
Manage a wide stakeholder group, engaging directly and often with ELT members, and run decision forums focused on business outcomes.
Give ELT-ready updates covering risks, asks and decisions, and present with confidence to Director, VP and ELT leaders.
Act as a trusted adviser who helps shape how strategic decisions get made, not just a source of status reports.
Sharpen your storytelling, prioritization and influence to move decisions across the organization.
Lead business process and design reviews, steering trade-off discussions toward a workable agreement across several initiatives.
Define and track program health KPIs such as adoption, satisfaction and cost savings across the portfolio.
Work with functional teams and senior leaders to improve change management, governance and intake and prioritization models.
Improve visibility and predictability across all assigned programs.
Lead retrospectives, record useful lessons, and add templates and playbooks to the wider program management practice. Mentor other Program and Staff Program Managers.
Keep program artifacts high quality, including roadmaps with timelines, RACI, RAID logs, decision logs and executive updates.
Help set program management standards and operating rhythms across the organization.
Learn customer needs and market expectations so program outcomes serve the customer experience, not only internal delivery goals.
Tie individual programs to company strategy and OKRs, and shape portfolio scope to advance stated business priorities.
Apply financial judgment, including budget management, ROI and cost-benefit analysis and commercial impact, and explain that impact to ELT leaders.

Proven ability to build and manage master schedules, RAID logs, RACI matrices and executive-level program artifacts across a portfolio.
Solid working knowledge of program and project tools such as Jira, Confluence and the MS suite.
Strong fluency in business processes, program and project management practice, and functional tools to plan realistically and work credibly with stakeholders at every level.
Experience running steering committees and decision forums with Director, VP and ELT leaders, acting as a trusted adviser rather than a status reporter.
Excellent executive communication and storytelling, turning complex concurrent programs into clear risks, asks and decisions for senior audiences.

Experience developing best practices and mentoring program managers on standards, templates and playbooks.
