Description

The company, part of The Brandtech Group, was founded in 2004 and specialises in designing, building and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. It works with more than 300 clients across over 40 countries.

The company is applying AI tools across how it creates and delivers work, to improve efficiency, generate ideas and support decisions.

Level: mid-senior. Reference ID: 18852. Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

  • Turn approved content into technical specifications and delivery briefs for email, print, digital messaging and PDF channels, so that requirements are clear, complete and ready to build.
  • Run implementation from start to finish, working with internal delivery teams and external third parties to build, schedule and launch communications on every in-scope platform.
  • Manage print proofs, test outputs and query logs. Resolve issues quickly and keep a clear record of decisions and changes.
  • Run final quality checks on live communications to confirm they are accurate, match the approved version and achieve the intended customer outcome. Escalate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Keep the communications inventory accurate, current and auditable after each live deployment.
  • Produce accessible PDFs by managing creation and updates, coordinating web-accessibility testing and giving authors clear briefs so publication stays on schedule.
  • Work with stakeholders and third parties to find and deliver process improvements, such as simpler workflows, better specification documents and lower risk in legacy systems.
  • Join a multidisciplinary squad to plan and deliver communications for different customer segments that support positive outcomes.
  • Build trusted working relationships with content colleagues, digital authors, agencies, suppliers and internal teams, so hand-offs are smooth, accountability is shared and quality stays consistent.
  • Share knowledge and standards through the Customer Communications Centre of Excellence and help build consistent approaches to delivering customer communications.
  • Report to the Communications Delivery Manager. Escalate risks and issues clearly and keep active delivery workstreams visible.

Requirements

  • Experience in a delivery-focused role in Operations, Change Management, Marketing, CRM or Digital, where accurate and timely implementation matters.
  • Solid knowledge of owned channels, including email, print and digital messaging, and of the implementation processes and controls they need.
  • Careful attention to detail when proofreading specifications, proofs, test outputs and live communications, catching discrepancies before customers see them.
  • Ability to understand communications-related IT systems and data, including Jira and Confluence, and turn business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Strong project management and organisation skills to handle several projects, delivery runways, dependencies and deadlines at once in a fast-moving setting.
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and third parties, manage expectations and keep accountability clear across the delivery chain.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment and a disciplined approach to governance, controls, approvals and audit trails.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset: curious about processes and systems, and able to spot ways to simplify delivery, improve efficiency and cut operational risk.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving: able to investigate delivery issues, judge their impact, escalate appropriately and reach practical, controlled fixes with others.
  • Able to contribute within multidisciplinary squads and build trusted relationships with content, delivery, risk, technology and supplier teams.
  • Working knowledge of Gen AI tools relevant to communications delivery and operations, used to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Experience building personal AI workflows that save time day to day, such as drafting specifications, summarising test outputs or finding process gaps.
  • Agentic approach to planning delivery and solving problems: breaks complex, multi-step challenges into manageable parts and finds clear routes forward.
  • Able to critically assess AI outputs and apply human judgement, which matters in a regulated financial services environment where accuracy and compliance are essential.

Conditions

Works with a high degree of independence, managing several delivery runways at once and making sound decisions under time pressure.

Hybrid working.

The recruitment process does not use AI for selection. Candidates are assessed by people only, with AI used for efficiency and consistency.

The company has set science-based emissions reduction targets and builds sustainability into each department and every stage of projects.
