Responsibilities

• The (USA) Analyst, Advanced Analytics supports business objectives by conducting data analysis, developing models, and contributing to project components within the analytics domain. This role involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to gather data, identify trends, and assist in deploying solutions that enhance business processes. The analyst applies established best practices to deliver actionable insights, supports continuous improvement efforts, and upholds company values through ethical conduct and effective communication. This position fosters professional growth through mentorship and active participation in cross-functional initiatives.
• Support small projects by conducting preliminary data analysis and solving routine problems using established methods.
• Collaborate with team members to gather, prepare, and analyze datasets for business insights and executive presentations.
• Assist in developing and testing models, prototypes, and proofs of concept to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement effective solutions.
• Apply best practices to monitor progress, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through feedback, mentoring, and effective communication.
• What you'll bring:
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.
• Strong experience with SQL programming for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to develop and apply models using established best practices to identify trends and insights.
• Skilled in data visualization and dashboard creation to communicate business metrics effectively.
• Experience collaborating across teams and managing project components to meet objectives.
• Aptitude for gathering and preparing datasets for executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated capability in project planning and business process understanding to support continuous improvement.
• Experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust & safety, or related domains is a plus.

• Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
• Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $80,168.40 - $132,000.00
• Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $143,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
