Description

The company sells a platform for subscription, usage-based and outcome-based business models, covering quote to cash, and has been in the subscription economy for over ten years.

This role is for an AI Product Manager on the Enterprise AI team, which is part of the Corporate Operations technology group. The team builds, governs, supports and drives adoption of the company's AI foundation, including frontier model platforms, enterprise search and a growing set of AI agents.

You will own strategy, roadmap and outcomes for employee-facing Enterprise AI products, including a self-service AI learning experience and AI agentic applications and autonomous agents. You will work with AI Solutions Engineers, release managers and business leaders, and you will own the training, enablement and messaging for these products. The role suits a PM who can also teach, write and tell the story.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, roadmap and success measures for your products, aligned with Enterprise AI and Corporate Operations OKRs.
  • Turn employee needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Rank the backlog by impact, effort, risk and data, and make trade-offs visible to stakeholders.
  • Run ongoing discovery with employees and functional leaders through interviews, surveys, usage and ticket data, and champion input.
  • Find out what employees need to learn, how they prefer to learn, and where AI adds value to their work.
  • Map workflows, run pilots and experiments, and use the results to decide what to build, change or retire.
  • Work in an agile model with AI Solutions Engineers, architects and vendors to ship increments on a predictable schedule.
  • Coordinate dependencies with Security, Legal, Data, HR and Finance so delivery is safe and on time.
  • Manage each product's releases from intake to retirement and keep the backlog clear and current.
  • Own training and enablement for every product: guides, demos, FAQs, live sessions, office hours and role-based learning paths.
  • Build and run a self-service AI learning experience using short video, interactive walkthroughs and prompt and skill libraries.
  • Provide build enablement for employees who create agents, covering design basics, testing, and safe use of data and connectors within approved guardrails.
  • Recruit, equip and recognise AI champions, and use them to bring feedback and use cases back to the product team.
  • Write and own messaging for your products and for company-wide AI updates, including launches, guidance, policy and governance changes, and wins.
  • Choose the right words, audience and timing, and make complex technical and policy changes clear, accurate and easy to follow.
  • Share roadmap, status and trade-offs clearly with teammates, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Define and track metrics such as self-service resolution, active use, proficiency, learning engagement, time saved, and CSAT and NPS.
  • Design pilots and experiments that reduce investment risk, and report results with clear recommendations.
  • Apply Enterprise AI guardrails, access controls and review processes to your products.
  • Work with Security, Legal and Compliance to meet privacy and security requirements.
  • Monitor usage, identify risks or misuse, and put mitigations in place.
  • Success in this role means more employees building AI skills, including building agents safely; higher self-service resolution and a better experience with Zoe; products that are secure, governed and easy to use; and consistent AI messaging across the company.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product management, product ownership or a closely related role such as technical program management, business systems analysis or product operations, ideally for internal or enterprise software.
  • A record of taking a product or feature from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows, and the ability to explain them to non-technical people.
  • Daily hands-on use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Glean.
  • Strong writing and messaging skills, shown through a portfolio or work samples.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or enablement for cross-functional groups.
  • Experience defining product metrics and using data and qualitative feedback to make decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed setting with engineering, security and legal.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with conversational AI, knowledge management or employee self-service products.
  • Experience building a learning hub, video or interactive learning content.
  • Experience running a champions or community program.
  • Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • Prosci, CSPO or a similar certification.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
