Description

The company works across AI, accelerated computing and networking, with work that reaches industries from healthcare and automotive to telecommunications.

The team builds a high-performance, energy-efficient, 6G-ready accelerated computing platform for telecom networks. It supports commercial AI-RAN deployments and a move to AI-native 5G and 6G, and it runs AI and radio access workloads together on software-defined accelerated infrastructure to improve performance, efficiency and monetization.

This is a product management role that shapes the roadmap and product portfolio for this platform and its ecosystem, with the goal of shipping features that matter to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Aerial team on the next generation of AI-RAN telco products.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing management.
  • Explain the value of AI-RAN for telco deployments across the CU, DU and RU elements, for both 5G and 6G.
  • Write system-level requirements (PRDs) and set priorities for use cases and reference architectures in key segments, including C-RAN, D-RAN and 6G research platforms.
  • Turn input from strategic customers and partners into prioritized roadmaps.
  • Identify where the company can meet customer needs with its accelerated computing products (GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC) and shape those into product proposals.
  • Work with partners, engineering, operations and field teams to define solutions, build go-to-market plans and set product positioning.
  • Work with the sales organization to create sales collateral and tools.

Requirements

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 12+ years of product management or similar experience, focused on compute building blocks and complete solutions.
  • You can explain compute building blocks such as GPU, CPU and DPU/NIC.
  • A strong background in wireless communications, with a working understanding of RAN (CU, DU and RU) and networking architectures.
  • A strong drive to learn, a willingness to take on complex problems and the ability to make well-judged trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills. You stay organized, handle several tasks at once and set priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ways to stand out: detailed knowledge of how CU, DU and RU blocks interact across splits (7.2x / CAT-A / CAT-B, ULPI) and fronthaul (eCPRI/CPRI).
  • Ways to stand out: TCO analysis for telco deployments, including the trade-offs between baseband (CU+DU) and radio (RU).
  • Ways to stand out: hands-on development experience with the company Aerial software, GPU, CPU, NIC and DPU hardware and SDKs.
  • Ways to stand out: successful telco product launches for 4G or 5G technology covering both baseband (CU, DU) and radio (RU).
