Description

The company builds platforms for modern finance organizations and its teams span several continents and time zones.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Enablement.

You will help the company adopt and scale AI responsibly by finding high-value business opportunities, turning them into architecture and transformation plans, and keeping delivery aligned with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, data and responsible AI standards.

The role links process redesign, enterprise architecture, solution design, governance and adoption so AI work produces measurable gains in productivity, automation, decision support and process improvement instead of isolated experiments.

You coordinate work from first idea through assessment, pilot and wider rollout. Formal policy, approvals, funding and implementation accountability stay with the responsible teams.

Responsibilities

  • Find areas across business functions where AI could raise productivity, efficiency, decision quality, customer or employee experience and business results.
  • Keep a structured inventory of AI opportunities that records owner, value hypothesis, users, dependencies, risks, readiness and status.
  • Build and apply intake, scoring and prioritization methods that weigh impact, effort, data readiness, governance and adoption complexity, and clarity of ownership.
  • With business and technology leaders, shape a sequenced AI roadmap tied to strategy and enterprise capabilities.
  • Design end-to-end AI solutions covering enterprise applications, data sources, integrations, workflows, user experience and measurable outcomes.
  • Define reusable architecture patterns for AI agents, copilots (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude and similar assistants), workflow automation, knowledge discovery, decision support, orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Document architecture decisions, integration needs, data dependencies, security considerations, ownership, support models and trade-offs.
  • Work with application owners, data and platform teams to embed approved AI capabilities into existing systems and processes.
  • Assess processes for automation, augmentation, knowledge retrieval, decision support and workflow improvement.
  • Run practical AI readiness assessments across departments, processes and business capabilities.
  • Turn broad business challenges into clearly scoped transformation work with defined outcomes, users, constraints, dependencies and adoption needs.
  • Build transformation blueprints that link process change, people impact, application dependencies, data readiness, governance and value measurement.
  • Work with Security, Legal, Compliance, Data, IT and business owners to align AI work with responsible AI and enterprise governance.
  • Set review checkpoints for privacy, security, data use, transparency, human oversight, compliance and operational support.
  • Document risks, controls, data exposure, approval dependencies and accountable owners for proposed solutions and tools.
  • Promote approved capabilities and consistent governance routing to reduce fragmented or unmanaged experimentation.
  • Create playbooks, templates, workshops, demonstrations and guidance that support responsible AI adoption.
  • Help teams see where AI fits, where extra caution is needed and which stakeholders must be engaged before a solution scales.
  • Define and track outcome measures such as hours saved, cycle-time reduction, quality, cost avoidance, adoption and user feedback.
  • Feed lessons from pilots and production solutions back into architecture patterns, governance guidance, enablement materials and roadmap decisions.
  • Lead collaboration across IT, Enterprise Applications, Data, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, HR, Engineering and business teams.
  • Build agreement on value, feasibility, risk, readiness, reusable patterns, recommendations and next steps.
  • Keep clear visibility of the applications, data sources, workflows, integrations and ownership needed for trusted, scalable AI.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years in enterprise, solution or application architecture, translating business needs into designs that can be built.
  • You have practical experience designing or enabling AI, automation, digital assistant, agent, knowledge or decision-support solutions in an enterprise setting.
  • You understand enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, identity, security, privacy and operational support.
  • You have assessed business processes, shaped transformation roadmaps and built business cases tied to measurable results.
  • You have working knowledge of responsible AI, risk assessment, human oversight and governance review.
  • You have produced architecture artifacts, reusable patterns, standards, decision records, playbooks and executive-level recommendations.
  • You have guided senior business and technical stakeholders through ambiguity and influenced decisions without direct authority.
  • You communicate well in writing and speaking and can explain complex AI and architecture topics to executive and technical audiences.
  • You bring business and transformation judgment, enterprise and solution architecture skills, responsible innovation and sound risk judgment, structured prioritization, executive and technical communication, and cross-functional facilitation. You are self-motivated, adaptable and disciplined in delivery.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: architecture, cloud, data, security or AI certifications such as TOGAF or AWS, Azure or GCP architecture certifications.
  • Preferred: experience in a global SaaS or software business.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise AI platforms, agent or copilot tools, workflow automation, knowledge solutions and integration technologies.
