Advisory Solution Consultant, Workflow Data Fabric and Intelligent Automation

Description

The team is looking for a technical presales professional with a background in data engineering and integration to act as a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant. The role centers on the company's Workflow Data Fabric, supported by NowAssist and Agentic AI, and involves building solutions, demos and proofs of concept that show customers the value of the platform across the full data lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise business and technical stakeholders on the company's Workflow Data Fabric and explain what integrated data solutions can do for them.
• Run technical discovery sessions, understand complex data integration problems and requirements, and turn them into the company-based solutions.
• Design architectures on Workflow Data Fabric covering ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics and actionable insights that match customer goals.
• Work with sales, product, engineering and delivery teams to keep solutions aligned and projects delivered successfully.
• Support deals from opportunity qualification through close, and help meet sales targets with tailored data integration solutions.
• Keep your knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist and Agentic AI current, and follow industry trends and new tools in data engineering.

Requirements

• Experience using AI in work processes, decisions or problem solving, such as AI tools, workflow automation, reviewing AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's impact on a function or industry.
• 5+ years in technical presales, solution architecture or consulting, with a record of delivering enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions.
• Solid data engineering background: hands-on work with ingestion tools, ETL, data modeling, relational and NoSQL storage, and analytics platforms.
• Good working knowledge of integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, streaming platforms and middleware.
• Working knowledge of software development and skill in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, SQL and Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with low-code/no-code application platforms. The company certifications (CSA, CAD) are strongly preferred.
• Nice to have: exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Process Mining, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to engage everyone from technical teams to executives.
• A consultative approach that finds and drives process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.

Conditions

Base pay is $165,825 - $273,675 for positions in this location, plus equity where applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales roles generally include an On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure. The base pay shown is a guideline; individual total compensation depends on qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Pay is set by the geographic location of the role and may change with work location.

Work persona (flexible, remote or required in office) is assigned based on the nature of the work, and the company works with flexibility and trust across its distributed workforce.
