  • Create reusable analytical assets that make work more efficient and consistent across projects.
  • Move prototypes and research models into production-grade solutions in Databricks and enterprise data environments.
  • Set the standards for model governance, documentation, reproducibility and quality assurance.
  • Find recurring analyses to automate and expand self-service analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of applied experience in data science, advanced analytics, quantitative research, economics, statistics, industrial-organizational psychology or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience leading and developing technical professionals, including performance management, coaching and prioritizing workload.
  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Sociology, Behavioral Science or another related analytical field.
  • A record of leading complex analytical projects from problem definition through implementation and reporting of results.
  • Strong skill in statistical and analytical programming, such as Python and/or R.
  • Experience querying and transforming large datasets with SQL.
  • Ability to explain complex analytical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Located in Minneapolis, MN, or willing to relocate there, where most of the team is based.
  • Preferred: Experience with employee, talent, learning, performance, engagement, recruiting, compensation or organizational network data.
  • Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying, scaling and monitoring machine learning or predictive models in production.
  • Preferred: Experience running program evaluations and measuring how well people-related interventions, programs or policies work.
