Description

The role sits on the Training team for a Marine Corps ERP program covering logistics chain management, which aims to modernize USMC logistics end to end.

Based in Stafford, Virginia, the team aims to give the program's end users the strongest support possible.

You will work on your own, building complete modules from start to finish with little supervision.

Hands-on work includes writing training content, designing simulations, and running module-level projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit complex application simulations and process flows in Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Developer.
• Create high-quality training materials such as test scripts, documentation, and learning outputs in Demo, Practice, and Know It modes.
• Keep all content consistent with set templates, style guides, and organization branding.
• Check authored content for accuracy, consistency, and whether it works as intended.
• Fix UPK recording faults, including bubble and action errors, and sort out branching logic or timing clashes.
• Confirm documents work in every published format: HTML, PDF, Word, and simulation modes.

Requirements

• Required: 3-5 years of User Productivity Kit (UPK) development experience.
• Required: a record of delivering full training modules on your own.
• Required: solid knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Required: hands-on skill in solving difficult UPK technical problems.
• Required: a careful eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Required: must be a U.S. citizen.
• Desired: familiarity with military logistics or DoD systems.
• Desired: understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Desired: experience with Agile project management.
• Desired: 2+ years of instructor-led training delivery.

Conditions

Full time, regular position with no security clearance needed to start.

Based in Stafford, Virginia, with up to 10% local travel.

Salary depends on several factors, including location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, prior experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.

The role can be done from more than one location, so the salary range shown is the national average.

Proposed salary range: $57,500-$117,900.
