The ideal candidate has built complex Power Apps applications. Experience with Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows and Power Pages websites is desired.

You will refine requirements with stakeholders, track your work on an agile board, make sure user needs meet standards, and report progress at daily developer sessions.

  • At least 7 years of related technical experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Highly responsible and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the drive to start and finish work on your own.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where things change often.
  • A solution-minded approach to resolving technical problems, some of them complex.
  • Experience working on a Scrumban team in an Agile environment, and being comfortable in that setting.
  • Experience leading a high-performing group of developers, and being comfortable doing so.
  • Ability to work with little oversight.
  • Expertise building and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Power Platform (model-driven and canvas apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management model-driven app, Power Apps Pipelines) in an Azure environment.
