  • You will build and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation and other support needs for the program.
  • You will oversee supporting project teams and internal development partners, track progress against the plan, and adjust schedules and resource allocation based on business analysis so product requirements and development dates are met.
  • You will report program progress, escalations and issue analysis to product stakeholders, and work with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and apply changes to products, processes or business practices that resolve escalations and keep budgets, product roadmaps and schedules on track.
  • You will bring new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities across manufacturing and/or engineering.
  • You will guide and mentor less-experienced staff.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business management or an equivalent field.
  • You typically have 6 to 10 years of experience.
  • You have program management experience in a technical field, ideally in firmware, including UEFI or BMC firmware.
  • You have extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software to create, manage and track results.
  • You are an excellent analytical and problem solver.
  • You have proven business acumen and a track record of managing all aspects of programs, including stakeholder communication and directing matrixed teams and resources.
  • You communicate well in writing and verbally, with mastery of English and the local language.
  • You can present program plans, proposals and results, and negotiate options with senior management.
  • Preferred: background in server technology.
