The company delivers essential pharma logistics, and this role supports its depot and warehouse operations, document management, vendor management and finance-related workflows.
You will own and develop a set of business-critical legacy and enabling technologies, including the depot operations platform, Filebound, and finance liaison with Tradeshift, SAP S/4HANA and EWM.
These systems keep inbound and outbound depot work, quarantine, returns and kitting connected to finance and enterprise systems, and they keep the processes auditable.
Success means stabilizing, simplifying and modernizing a mixed estate of custom and commercial off-the-shelf platforms, with stronger vendor performance and stakeholder engagement, in step with SAP S/4HANA and EWM process changes. Critical workflows improve through technology, and the roadmap balances stability, modernization, vendor delivery and operational value.
Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the backlog for legacy and enabling platforms, aligning it with depot operations, compliance, finance, vendor performance and enterprise transformation.
Run delivery in an agile setup with engineering, delivery, support, vendor and business teams, covering enhancements, fixes, upgrades and process changes.
Turn operational, finance, compliance and vendor needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes, and make the prioritization calls.
Co-own the product vision and roadmap with business leads from operations, depots, finance, compliance and support.
Act as the link between technology teams, depot operations, finance application teams, SAP stakeholders and external vendors so priorities, dependencies and plans stay coordinated.
Work with peer product owners and product group managers on cross-product dependencies, integration effects, support handoffs and modernization order.
Own delivery for the legacy depot and warehouse platform that handles inbound, outbound, quarantine, returns and kitting, along with its successor products.
Own the enabling technologies for execution, documents, workflow, vendor oversight and compliance, plus finance touchpoints with Tradeshift and SAP S/4HANA.
Keep evolving the portfolio for reliability and efficiency, modernizing custom and COTS platforms without disrupting operations, tightening integration with enterprise and finance systems, and improving vendor accountability, roadmap transparency, compliance, audit, security and data quality.
Find practical ways to simplify workflows, cut manual work, improve data quality, tighten controls and raise operational resilience.
Keep up with trends in depot and warehouse operations, SAP S/4HANA and EWM, document management, vendor models and modernization.
Plan and deliver small enhancements and usability changes, platform upgrades, technical debt reduction, and security, compliance, audit, integration and vendor performance work.
