Description

This role leads the enterprise Product-Led Tooling workstream, building the tooling ecosystem behind the company's Product-Led Transformation.

The goal is one integrated tooling capability across all enterprise systems, supporting product lifecycle workflows from start to finish in every division.

The Senior Manager, Product-Led Tooling defines, delivers and scales this ecosystem. Your work covers MVP releases, common ways of working, integrations, product ways of working governance, and bringing teams onto the new model.

You will work with Priority Areas, enterprise enablers, engineering, product management, finance, architecture and transformation leaders to build a consistent, scalable tooling landscape.

  • Run governance and cross-workstream forums, including SteerCo, ExCo, design forums and technical deep dives, so decisions get made and teams stay aligned.
  • Give senior leaders clear visibility of priorities, actions, risks, dependencies and progress.
  • Manage vendor relationships covering licensing, commercial approvals, implementation timelines and support, working with Group functions where needed.
  • Make sure the tooling meets audit, security and data governance requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product tooling, product operations, enterprise tooling transformation or product management.
  • Deep working knowledge of platforms such as Jira Cloud, Clarity, Planview, GitLab, Snowflake, Asana or equivalents.
