Responsibilities

• Push engineering teams to contain and resolve issues found in design reviews, virtual builds and build events, protecting the schedule to start of production (SOP) and ongoing production.
• Manage supplier relationships alongside the Supply Chain team so parts arrive on time for build events.
• Review work outputs and deliverables for incompatibilities between systems and vehicle, and for chances to improve integration, speed and collaboration.
• Make problems visible, identify risks, and make sure mitigation actions stay active within the relevant engineering teams.
• Set the agenda for each meeting so key decisions get made, bottlenecks clear and risks retire.
• Help reach sound decisions across engineering, finance and strategy.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management in an engineering setting involving hardware development.
• Detailed knowledge of the product development process, from design and development through validation and integration.
• Knowledge of the materials, processes and technologies used to build interior engineering content.
• Proven experience moving several projects forward across multiple locations and timelines.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence and Jira.
• Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: willingness to work across functions in a fast-moving setting as part of a high-performing team.
• Preferred: a systems mindset, with curiosity and drive toward strong delivery and continuous improvement.

Conditions

You will lead Interior Systems as a Technical Program Manager, scoping work, planning requirements, spotting risks, estimating budgets and reporting progress clearly. The role centres on delivering fully integrated EV interior systems that meet demanding targets for cost, weight and efficiency and stay within operational tolerances. Work is on-site Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Friday.

Salary: $130,000 - 145,000. Actual pay depends on factors including location and the candidate's job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training and experience.
