Senior Engineering Recruiter

Description

The company is an engineering firm with more than 3,000 staff across North America, part of a global group of over 57,000 engineers in 30 countries.

It works across the full product development cycle, from consulting through to full project outsourcing, for clients in aerospace, medical devices, robotics, automotive, commercial vehicles, EVs, rail and other sectors.

The role is based in Plano, TX, with 4 days a week on-site and 1 day remote each week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates to meet current and future hiring needs, engaging them through social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Dice and Greenhouse.
• Write and send recruiting emails.
• Run sourcing searches using cold calls, networking, Boolean searches, websites, professional groups and associations, and targeted companies or individuals, while keeping candidates informed throughout.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest, business unit needs and qualifications.
• Keep accurate, well-organised records of searches, recruiting activity and contact details.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience to qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across multicultural teams.
• Independent, rigorous, and technically knowledgeable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM is preferred but not required.

Conditions

Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000, plus a commission of $1,000 per placement.

On-site 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week, in Plano, TX.
