Technical Program Management Analyst

Description

The company's Marketing Technology Solutions program builds intent-driven marketing products that help customers generate high-value leads and strengthen the brand.

This entry-level role is based in Toronto and supports the engineering Scrum teams and the program management team.

You will build core program management skills while working hands-on with cross-functional technology delivery.

You report to the Director of Project Management and work closely with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver work across several Scrum teams and products, beginning with established products and enhancements.
• Help plan and coordinate work with engineering, product and partner teams such as BizOps and Infrastructure.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks and overall delivery health, and raise issues to leadership when needed.
• Help keep program operations consistent by supporting governance, intake and release processes and making sure teams follow set standards.
• Support teams in executing Agile work and staying aligned on priorities and delivery expectations.
• Keep communication flowing between teams and help Product Managers with stakeholder updates.
• Take part in wider program activities, including all-hands meetings and engineering demos.
• Look for ways to improve processes, work more efficiently and strengthen collaboration between teams.

Requirements

• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track several priorities and keep work moving.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay curious and motivated, and be open to feedback and coaching.
• Build strong working relationships across teams.
• Work well when priorities shift and expectations change.
• Manage your own work independently while also seeking guidance and alignment from others.
• Think analytically, interpret information and turn it into practical insights.
• Bring technical exposure from coursework, projects or an internship.
• Have exposure to Agile ways of working, or be keen to learn Agile delivery practices.
• Bonus: interest in marketing technology and data.
• Preferred: experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence or Jira.

Conditions

Location: Toronto, Canada.

Pay range: $58,000 - $93,000 CAD, set by location, experience and other qualifications for the role.

The role assumes work is performed in Canada.
