Description

The company builds AI technology across software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors, and has designed a high-performance RISC-V CPU from scratch. The team is growing and hiring people at all levels of seniority.

The technical program manager will take advanced hardware from post-silicon work into reliable, production-ready products, leading the productization of high-performance PCIe cards and high-power, multi-chip server systems across the full development lifecycle. The role sets objectives, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables into a shared plan that keeps programs moving, and depends on working closely with product management, hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, NPI, and external suppliers.

You will gain hands-on experience with what it takes to move complex compute hardware from evaluation to a product that can be manufactured and supported, how engineering choices affect supply chain, ODM coordination, manufacturing readiness, validation, and customer support, and how to structure release plans around performance, validation, compliance, reliability, and production readiness.

Candidates are evaluated for the level that fits them best during interviews, and the offered level may differ from the level in this posting.

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated program plans that cover scope, schedule, resourcing, performance requirements, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate validation at module and system level, including compliance, reliability, and life testing, needed to launch the product successfully.
  • Track execution closely, flag risks early, and work with stakeholders on practical mitigation plans and issue resolution.
  • Keep the documents and updates that engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and leadership depend on, such as test procedures, drawings, bills of materials, reports, and program review decks.

Requirements

  • Technically grounded, with a track record of getting diverse teams aligned and keeping complex work heading toward defined results.
  • A clear, proactive communicator who turns open questions into decisions, keeps program health visible, and influences people without formal authority.
  • Curious and adaptable, with sound judgment about using AI tools to support research, planning, analysis, documentation, and daily execution.
  • Comfortable working across PCB or mechanical design, software and firmware, validation, NPI operations, ODMs, and external suppliers.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 4 years of product design or validation experience.
  • At least 3 years of leading projects or technical programs.

Conditions

The role is hybrid and based in Toronto, Canada.

The offer depends on your eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including the EAR Country Groups D:1, E1, and E2. Eligibility may depend on your citizenship or permanent residency status, or on obtaining a license from the U.S. Commerce Department or another federal agency. If U.S. export laws make employment impossible, the offer will be withdrawn.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.
