Technical Lead

This role leads the technical side of moving manufacturing and shopfloor applications to new systems, working on some of the hardest engineering problems the team faces. You will get mentorship and room to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical architecture and plan the migration.
• Direct developers, integration teams, and testers.
• Make sure systems are secure, perform well, and are ready to deploy.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software delivery experience, including people leadership.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting that moves quickly and is driving digital transformation.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Preferred: experience in aerospace, manufacturing, SAP or MES, shopfloor systems, application modernization, data migration, testing, or change management.
