Description

The company is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer for its Revenue Enablement team.

You will build technical learning for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services staff and other customer-facing technical roles. The work blends learning design, multimedia production and technical understanding so learners can explain, demo and deploy the company's solutions with confidence.

You will work with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional colleagues to grasp complicated product ideas and turn them into clear, practical, scalable digital courses.

Projects range from technical certifications and eLearning courses to videos, interactive activities, assessments and job aids, all aimed at better technical readiness and customer results.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical learning for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services and other technical audiences, including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids and learning paths.
  • Produce professional multimedia content mixing text, video, audio, animation and interactivity, using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and similar tools.
  • Work with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing and technical SMEs to turn hard concepts into practical lessons.
  • Evaluate learning needs and set course scope, objectives, structure and assessments based on what learners and stakeholders require.
  • Help technical SMEs pick the most important concepts and keep each lesson focused, practical and properly sized.
  • Build and maintain certification and readiness programs so learners can understand, demonstrate and deploy the company's solutions.
  • Track learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback and business results, and refine content based on what you find.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years designing technical curriculum, digital learning or enablement programs in SaaS or technology settings.
  • Proven record producing polished multimedia learning, including eLearning, video, audio and interactive formats.
  • Strong learning design skills: defining scope, writing objectives, structuring content and building assessments that measure progress.
  • Experience creating learning for technical audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical teams.
  • Solid grounding in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software or related fields, enough to understand technical ideas and explain them concisely.
  • Experience building eLearning in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or a comparable authoring tool.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work well with technical SMEs and separate essential content from nice-to-have detail.
  • Experience designing technical certifications or assessments is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-powered learning or content creation tools is a plus.

Conditions

Hybrid role: work from the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday.
