Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their strategy, business drivers and target outcomes, then build adoption plans tailored to them.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on product functionality, industry practice and customer behavior.
  • Work with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development to solve hard issues and shape the product roadmap.
  • Write and implement standard operating procedures that make the Technical Consulting Team more efficient and effective.
  • Create and maintain documentation on product and process best practices so messaging stays consistent across the company.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years working with clients in the investment management industry.
  • A track record of leading client meetings and presentations, including with executives.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a habit of spotting and making process improvements.
  • Practical use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT: handing off routine tasks, refining answers across several prompts, and judging output critically.
  • Ability to work on your own with little supervision while also doing well on a collaborative team.

  • Hands-on experience with API implementations is a plus.
  • Prior consulting experience helping customers reach technical outcomes is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
