Description

The company is a North American marketing agency that builds connected experiences through creative, digital and media work. It runs its searches through a talent team and supports two North American units, covering creative, community management, media, design, digital and operations roles.

The role sits within the talent team and covers full-cycle hiring from intake to offer. You will own your searches end to end and work closely with hiring managers and the wider team to bring in people who strengthen the work.

You are a confident relationship builder with a strong eye for talent. You move quickly, act deliberately and bring new approaches to each search.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for your assigned departments, from intake meeting through to the offer.
  • Build candidate pipelines proactively through research, direct outreach, referrals, communities and events.
  • Write inclusive, engaging job postings and agree success profiles with hiring managers.
  • Keep candidates informed with timely, honest updates, and prepare interviewers for structured, competency-based interviews.
  • Give every candidate clear feedback once a decision is made.
  • Support employer brand work through events, content and partnerships that show what the company is like to work for.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system accurate, with stages, notes and statuses kept current.
  • Monitor funnel metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and conversion, and share what they show.
  • Turn that data into recommendations that improve speed, quality of hire and process efficiency.
  • Advise hiring managers on role scope, job description wording, interview plans and assessment.
  • Tie each search to headcount plans and hiring priorities, and set clear expectations on pace and pipeline health.
  • Report progress, risks and recommendations early and clearly.
  • Own outreach and logistics for intern and early-career programs, working with People & Culture.
  • Run campus and community engagement, and track how those hires convert and stay.
  • Feed back on programming, onboarding and development pathways so they keep improving.

Requirements

  • 3, 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a creative or integrated agency.
  • Experience filling a wide range of roles, including creative, digital, media and operations, with a record of strong hires and satisfied managers.
  • Skilled at sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities and events, and comfortable building pipelines before roles open.
  • Confident in an applicant tracking system, keeping clean data and reporting on it, and turning funnel data into practical insight.
  • Able to consult with hiring managers, set expectations, plan structured interviews and negotiate offers.
  • Committed to a strong candidate experience, with clear and prompt communication, respectful feedback and support for inclusion.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with consistent documentation, compliance and handoffs to onboarding.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, and able to give advice that is empathetic and objective.
  • Curious and fair, with a real commitment to widening access and representation.

Conditions

The role is hybrid.

The anticipated base salary is $70,000 to $90,000. Where a person lands in that range depends on factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity and business needs. The range covers base salary only and excludes the wider total rewards package.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and hires without regard to race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age or disability.

Benefits

  • Up to 28 paid days off plus winter holiday shutdowns.
  • Health, dental and vision coverage, plus Salt Bucks that can go toward wellness, RRSPs or extra time off.
  • Dedicated company days, access to strong learning resources and formal leadership development.
  • Team trips, seasonal socials and branded merchandise.
  • Referral and new business bonuses, lifestyle perks and personalised wellness options.
  • DEI programs, active employee resource groups and an environment where every voice is heard.
