Talent Acquisition Partner (Temp agency)

Description

The role is a temporary talent acquisition position at the company Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, within the Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team, for someone starting an HR career.

The team recruits future engineers and leaders for a company in aerospace, and the work covers sourcing, employer branding and early career hiring with universities and schools.

The job family is HR Business Partnership and the experience level is entry level.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand each team's needs and help write strong job profiles.
• Learn and build sourcing strategies using modern channels and social media to reach active and passive candidates.
• Write inclusive, diversity-friendly job adverts that present the company's purpose, values and mission.
• Screen applications and use current recruitment tools to identify candidates with high potential.
• Organise candidate interviews and take part in selection and hiring decisions.
• Support the Early Career strategy by representing the company at university and school events.
• Take part in cross-divisional and transnational HR projects through the Employment Communities of Practice.
• Progress into the role gradually, with support.

Requirements

• Your profile matters more than years of experience: the company looks for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• A degree in HR, Psychology or a related field, plus some early exposure to recruitment through internships, academic projects or 1-2 years of junior experience.
• Interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, and digital recruitment trends.
• Knowledge of or interest in the aerospace, technical or engineering sectors is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and networking skills, a practical approach to problems, and comfort working in a team.
• Negotiation-level Spanish and English are mandatory, as the work is highly international.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.

Conditions

Temporary assignment through an agency.

Based in Getafe.
