Systems Analyst/IT Customer Support/File Transfer...TS/SCI

Description

This Systems Analyst role sits in IT Infrastructure and Operations and combines IT customer support with file transfer work. You will help keep the client's IT products meeting customer needs and in line with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-between for customers and the help desk.
• Be the first contact for IT problems and requests, and try to triage each one before passing it to the help desk.
• Support the asset management team by handing out accessories and cables to customers and technicians.
• Check file transfer paperwork for the required signatures, or send it on to the teams that need to sign.
• Burn files to disk and move them by hand to the correct networks, then tell the customer when the transfer is complete.
• Keep a log of every file transfer with all the required details.

Requirements

• Technical training, a certification, or a degree.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Current TS/SCI clearance, or the ability to obtain one at TS/SCI.
• No public trust clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong business skills, collaboration, drive, and teamwork.

Conditions

Based onsite in Washington, DC, with no telecommuting option.

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with no travel required.

Salary is likely to fall between $85,000 and $115,000. The actual figure depends on experience, geographic location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside that range, so it is not guaranteed.
