Description

The company is a luxury maison with more than 170 years of history, spanning Watchmaking, Jewelry, Accessories and Fragrances. It has over 9,000 colleagues across 105 nationalities, working from boutiques, workshops and corporate offices.

The role owns the supply chain product data behind the company's analytics. You will shape its cloud data model, keep its quality and documentation in order, and lead integration projects across systems. The work covers all four Cartier categories.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain product data domain: set the roadmap, collect and rank business needs from stakeholders at the company and Cartier, and turn them into technical specifications.
  • Define and formalize the core supply chain product data model in GCP, supporting supply chain operations and business analytics.
  • Set KPIs for the product data domain.
  • Plan and run functional testing and validation, and report on deliverables.
  • Help users adopt the new models.
  • Act as data lead for systems integration across all Cartier functions, keeping data consistent and operations running without interruption.
  • Run master data projects that improve data completeness and quality for the Maison.
  • Analyze data in depth to find where processes deviate.
  • Work with every function, from manufacturing and marketing to purchasing and supply chain.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or management.
  • 5+ years leading data and project work, under both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team of many contributors.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP data models or another product data tool such as PLM, PIM or DAM.
  • Working knowledge of project management methods.
  • Experience with data management and governance.
  • Strong interest in product and data compliance, including traceability and international rules such as CITES and HS codes.
  • Clear communication and reporting for business teams and management.
  • Curiosity about new technology, especially agentic AI.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude.
