ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Description

You will help deliver strategic ERP initiatives that shape the company's future, leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects across the Enterprise Systems landscape.

You will turn ambitious ideas into working outcomes alongside business and technology teams.

Most of your stakeholders sit inside the company, and you will also manage external implementation partners and vendors where needed.

The role brings structure to complex projects with a focus on transparency, strong governance and lasting business value.

Responsibilities

• Take approved business initiatives and turn them into structured project plans, then deliver them from start through go-live and handover.
• Keep business owners, team leads, ERP consultants, architects, project and delivery managers, delivery and QA teams, and implementation partners aligned, on schedule and focused on value.
• Run Steering Committees and manage scope, budget, risks, dependencies and decisions, with clear communication across the project lifecycle.
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders, mostly internal, and manage external partners and vendors where required.
• Choose the right approach for each project (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid) and help improve project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects, ideally in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, CRM or similar business domains.
• You have led large cross-functional initiatives and can coordinate several workstreams, mainly with internal stakeholders, and engage external partners confidently when needed.
• You know both Agile and traditional delivery methods. Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA, or experience as a Scrum Master, are a strong advantage.
• You create order in complex environments, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and help teams achieve business results.
