Use user interviews, surveys, journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries to find gaps between business expectations and user experience strategy.
Use a deep understanding of changing consumer habits to develop or improve interaction design and experience strategy.

Analyze and interpret existing data such as web analytics, user surveys, and customer support calls.
Lead cross-functional projects by setting and communicating needs and success measures, directing collaboration with Engineering, site merchandising, and customer advocacy, and driving goals to completion.
