Description

The company designs, builds and runs growth systems for competitive businesses, linking strategy directly to delivery across 40+ markets.

Its 12,000 specialists cover engineering and platforms, commerce, consulting, content transformation, CRM and CX. They work with partners including Adobe, AWS, Braze, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and Shopify, plus AI innovators.

The company has been recognised as a leader in Commerce Services and CX Strategy Consulting by the Forrester Wave.

The parent group also includes a creative agency that helps brands turn transformation into action through creativity and experience.

This is a permanent Senior Content Designer role on the Design Team, focused on a client's website. You will improve existing journeys and create new ones for major product initiatives, multi-step flows, campaigns and vehicle launches, using language to engage, inform, guide and persuade.

The culture rests on three values: Heart, for empathy and trust; Brains, for curiosity and collaborative problem-solving; and Courage, for speaking up, experimenting and backing bold ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end content design for flagship launches, multi-step customer flows and campaign-led journeys on digital platforms.
  • Join product and UX leads early in the concept phase to shape product intent, set information hierarchy and solve UX problems with content before visuals are built.
  • Design multi-step content structure, taxonomy and navigation so that transitions across complex touchpoints feel seamless.
  • Define and document reusable content components, patterns and copy standards in the design system to keep digital products consistent over time.
  • Set out content governance models, review processes and quality frameworks to maintain standards and brand consistency after launch.
  • Analyse conversion, drop-off and engagement data alongside qualitative research, form hypotheses, test copy variants and make evidence-based iterations.
  • Work largely on your own with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing and Legal to align journey messaging with product requirements.
  • Make sure multi-step flows and launch content meet WCAG accessibility standards, plain language requirements and assistive technology needs.
  • Work hands-on in Figma and FigJam to map user flows, wireframe content layouts, prototype copy in context and test AI-assisted workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing content for complex digital products, multi-step journeys or major customer-facing campaign launches.
  • Skill in content architecture and information hierarchy, turning complicated user flows into clear, intuitive journeys.
  • Experience working with product and design partners at the problem-framing stage, shaping the solution before high-fidelity design begins.
  • Practical experience developing, documenting or applying content design system components, style guidelines and governance processes.
  • Comfort using analytics, conversion metrics and user research to steer content decisions and assess performance.
  • Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders in product, marketing and brand, aligning goals and resolving conflicting priorities.
  • Hands-on Figma experience, prototyping content alongside UX and UI designers in collaborative tools.
  • Thorough working knowledge of digital accessibility, screen reader compatibility and inclusive language principles.
  • A degree or equivalent hands-on experience in English, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design or a related field, plus evidence of user-centred decisions, testing or iteration.
  • If you know some of this, even better: experience on major product rollouts or campaign launches in automotive, luxury or high-volume e-commerce.
  • If you know some of this, even better: specialist training or certifications in Information Architecture or Content Strategy.
  • If you know some of this, even better: experience setting up content governance or editorial review workflows across large, multi-brand platforms.
