Description

The company has more than $500M in ARR, keeps growing, and has appeared on the Forbes Cloud 100 four years running.

It builds password management and unified access management for over 180,000 businesses, helping teams adopt SaaS and AI tools securely.

The Product Management group makes sure the products and features address the most important customer problems.

The End User Experience team handles everyday user needs across B2C and B2B, and also owns the family organizer role, a large area with plenty of room to take on.

AI is built into the product and engineering workflow: engineers use AI coding assistants to speed up reviews and find bugs sooner, product managers analyze user research at scale, and designers prototype with AI-generated mockups, with people accountable for key decisions and testing before release.

This is a 4-month internship running January to April 2027, and the team is friendly but moves quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of customers through interviews, research, and data analysis.
  • Partner with developers and designers to define and ship features that create customer and business value.
  • Help uncover new evidence of customer and market problems.
  • Represent Product Management in meetings such as agile ceremonies.
  • Research competitors and market trends when needed.
  • Use and improve the team's product management processes and tools, with a focus on AI.

Requirements

  • Be willing to take on new challenges and finish them.
  • Ask questions freely, even basic ones, and learn from mistakes.
  • Look for better ways to work, even when others are satisfied with the current approach.
  • Work well with others and contribute to team success.
  • Bonus: experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
  • Bonus: understanding of general technology, coding tools, and using AI.
  • Bonus: exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other product management frameworks.
  • Bonus: personal experience with the company or other password managers.

Conditions

This is a remote role open to people in Canada and the US, and you must work from your home country.

The internship runs for 4 months, from January to April 2027.

Remote-first, but travel for in-person work is part of most roles; how often depends on the role and may include annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer or industry events.

The team values collaboration, clear communication, openness to feedback, and its core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

The pace is demanding and the company wants people who take on hard problems, seek feedback, and deliver results; it is not a fit for anyone who wants a comfortable, steady routine.

The company is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on grounds such as gender identity, race, disability, religion, age, citizenship, or veteran status, and accommodations are available on request throughout recruitment through your talent acquisition partner.

Benefits

  • Generous PTO of 2.08 days per month, which adds up to 1.5 work weeks over the 4-month term.
  • One company-wide wellness day per quarter.
  • Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and employee resource groups.
  • Remote-first working environment.
  • Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly.
  • Access to the company University and learning sessions.
  • Monthly internship events and socials.
  • Membership in Team True North, a group of Canadian tech firms whose growth rates place them in the top 1% worldwide.
