Description

The title is Product Manager, reporting to the Product Lead. The company runs AI voice automation for customer phone calls, and the team is building a new automation product for retail and healthcare clients.

The company has raised over $30M to date, including a $20M Series A. The team has more than 100 people, with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK, and the company operates across the US, UK, and Canada.

You own defined areas of the product from start to finish: setting direction, shaping solutions, and driving delivery across core voice experiences, automation capabilities, and how the product behaves in real use. You decide what gets built, what does not, and why.

Responsibilities

  • Automate complex customer calls, including subscriptions, billing, and healthcare workflows.
  • Design AI behavior for unclear, multi-turn conversations.
  • Raise retention, resolution rates, and customer experience through automation.
  • Build systems that join voice, AI, APIs, and real-time decisions.
  • Keep the customers' customers in focus and understand their needs across their consumer journey.
  • Own the results of one or more core features, measured by real-world impact rather than output, timelines, or shipping alone.
  • Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, make the value clear, and deliver real customer impact.
  • Meet retail and healthcare customers and show how they can automate more of their phone calls over time.
  • Support Engineering on priorities, detailed specs, and QA, since every extra call the system handles adds a dollar of revenue.
  • Understand why each feature matters and work with Marketing to reach the right customers.
  • Hold a high standard for execution, usability, and coherence across the vertical portal.
  • Help ship the weekly product releases.

Requirements

  • You have built products where success depended on getting system behavior right, not just shipping features.
  • You measure work by outcomes such as revenue, retention, and efficiency, not by features alone.
  • You are comfortable with products that combine software, data, and AI behavior.
  • You understand systems, APIs, and product limits such as latency, reliability, and scale.
  • You have worked on AI, automation, or complex workflow products.
  • You have designed experiences for high-stakes actions such as payments, cancellations, phone orders, and scheduling.
  • You are data-driven and set success with clear, measurable metrics.
  • You anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and how people really use the product.
  • You do well in a fast-paced setting and define the problem before solving it.
  • You are willing to help your teammates, as they will help you.

Conditions

The role is based in the office five days a week.

Final pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications, with a base salary range of $150,000 to $265,000 USD.

The role is eligible for equity under company policy, subject to board approval.

Each market the company serves is worth $5B+ in TAM across retail and healthcare, and the company is still early in them.

The company is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare.
  • Unlimited vacation, including a mandatory half week off for everyone around July 4 and a full week off at year end.
  • Equity eligibility under company policy.
