Description

The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the full software platform, covering lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and the integrations that link them.

The CEO and CTO set strategy and the roadmap. You turn that direction into high-quality product on a steady cadence, using disciplined process.

The company is AI-native and uses AI heavily across product work. This role suits someone who already uses AI to move faster and wants to go further with it here.

The role is hands-on first. You manage the backlog, write stories, run sprints, and ship alongside engineering and design. Over time there is room to help shape what gets built, but the company is hiring a builder rather than a founder.

Responsibilities

  • Own the backlog and delivery process across the platform, including well-written user stories, clear acceptance criteria, a groomed and prioritized queue, and a predictable release rhythm.
  • Work with engineering and design every day to ship strong features quickly and clear blockers fast.
  • Lead product across all five pillars: lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and integrations.
  • Take delivery from start to finish against the agreed roadmap, covering discovery, specification, build, launch, and iteration.
  • Turn customer and go-to-market feedback into scoped, concrete work, and confirm the results.
  • Set success metrics, track them, study adoption and retention data, and push measurable gains.
  • Make sound prioritization calls within the roadmap on scope, sequence, and effort.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong command of the basics: user stories, backlog upkeep, sprint planning, and agile delivery. You will be tested on these in the interview.
  • Solid grounding in product practice, with a record of taking features from backlog to launch that you can walk through.
  • A good grasp of technical systems, APIs, and integrations, enough to talk credibly with engineers and scope work realistically.
  • Skilled at working closely with engineering on how to slice work, respecting technical limits, and owning implementation end to end.
  • Clear communication that gets engineering, design, and go-to-market aligned on well-defined work.
  • High agency and follow-through, taking ownership of outcomes and getting things finished.
  • Fluent with AI as a multiplier, with a record of using it to write, prototype, analyze, and ship faster.
  • Comfortable with a changing tool stack (currently Asana, Confluence, and Figma), and more interested in leverage than in sticking to one tool.

Conditions

Pay range for the US location: $160,000 to $190,000 USD base salary. The offer depends on experience, skills, and work location. Total compensation also includes equity and benefits.

Located in Marina Del Rey, California, a walkable neighborhood near shops, restaurants, and the marina.

The company provides reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities during hiring and employment.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Equity in a fast-growing company.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays.
  • On-site gym.
  • Pet-friendly office.
  • Free daily lunch, team off-sites, and happy hours.
  • Real scope from day one, with ownership of the whole platform and room to grow quickly.
  • A fast, clear team with little bureaucracy.
  • A path to leadership as the company grows, since people who execute here become future leaders.
