You'll work with Design Operations, Product, Engineering, User Research, Data and business leaders to tackle open-ended problems, spot chances to innovate, and deliver work that improves customer and business results.

This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll shape product direction, raise design quality, and coach other designers while staying hands-on in UX design.

  • Help build and refine design systems, patterns and reusable components for consistency and scale.
  • Think in systems to improve experiences across the wider sports fan ecosystem.
  • Take part in roadmap discussions and point out ways to lift engagement and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate across teams to keep execution and delivery high quality.
  • Mentor other designers through feedback, collaboration and critique.
  • Explore emerging technology, including AI-powered experiences and AI-assisted workflows, to improve fan experiences and how the team works.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing digital consumer products and experiences.
  • A record of leading complex, ambiguous and strategically important initiatives.
  • A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and customer-focused problem solving.
  • Experience shaping product strategy and aligning many teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using research, customer insight, analytics and experimentation to steer product direction.
  • Ability to weigh long-term vision against practical delivery.
  • Strongly preferred: experience with AI-native products, AI-powered experiences, personalization systems or emerging technology.
  • Preferred: a track record of mentoring and developing designers.
  • Preferred: experience designing large-scale consumer platforms, ecosystems or multi-product experiences.
  • Preferred: background in sports, media, entertainment, streaming, gaming or consumer technology.
  • Preferred: experience designing live sports, highlights, second-screen, stats, community or social fan experiences.
  • Preferred: experience with motion, prototyping or storytelling tools that bring concepts to life.
  • Preferred: understanding of personalization, notifications, content discovery or fan engagement patterns.
