Description

The company builds advertising technology that helps businesses of any size reach their ideal customers, offering end-to-end tools to reach, monetize and grow audiences worldwide.

The global team is made up of people whose backgrounds and perspectives reflect the developers and customers the company serves. The company looks for people who excel in their own work and also support those around them.

This Visual Designer role covers the company's brand and marketing visuals, including web content, event graphics, decks, swag and clothing, office and environmental design, and product visuals. You start projects from scratch and have real freedom to shape how the company looks and feels on every channel.

You will work with a high degree of independence in a quick-moving setting, partnering with the Branding Lead, design leads across the team and other stakeholders depending on the project.

Responsibilities

  • Take projects from first research and concepts through to final delivery in digital, print and motion formats.
  • Build and maintain scalable visual identities based on solid principles of layout, grid, typography, color and iconography.
  • Turn business goals into visual solutions that are strategic, engaging and consistent with the brand.
  • Spot chances to strengthen the brand and act on them without waiting for instructions.
  • Research new trends and push for bold ideas instead of defaulting to the expected choice.
  • Juggle several projects at once and switch focus as priorities change.
  • Work with marketing, product, engineering and other teams while keeping ownership of the creative and the quality bar.
  • Learn and bring new AI tools into your workflow, keeping up with new technologies and methods.
  • Shape how the company's visual identity develops across markets and product surfaces.
  • Raise the standard of design quality and craft across the organization.
  • Affect how the company presents itself to advertisers and consumers around the world.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record as a visual designer with a strong portfolio showing that you have owned projects end to end, from research through final delivery.
  • You bring good taste, know how to find inspiration, and can turn it into concrete work across different media and formats.
  • You have deep knowledge of layout, grid systems, typography, color and iconography, and have built scalable visual identities and design systems.
  • You work on your own initiative and move projects forward without close supervision.
  • You ask questions, look for context and want to understand the reasoning behind each brief.
  • You are motivated to experiment and make bold, distinctive work, and you follow current trends to bring them into the brand.
  • You spot problems early and bring solutions, not just issues.
  • You are comfortable juggling several projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • You collaborate well, keep teams aligned and adapt as priorities shift.
  • You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and have working knowledge of emerging AI tools, with a drive to keep learning new ones.
  • A portfolio that reflects a clean, modern, humanistic aesthetic is a strong advantage.
  • The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status, or other legally protected characteristics.
  • Technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence, may be used to help identify and evaluate candidates, but all hiring decisions are made by human reviewers.
