Description

The company makes embedded semiconductors and has over 21,000 engineers in more than 30 countries. Its products serve automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT markets.

This role sits in the AI and infrastructure power team, which serves datacenter, artificial intelligence, high-performance networking, and Edge AI client markets.

The team builds digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high-density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs. You will help take these products to market, working with cross-functional teams on execution, strategic alignment, and ramp readiness.

This is an early-career-friendly opportunity to work on product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic execution in a fast-moving, innovation-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams from Design, Marketing, Systems and Applications, Validation, Product and Test Engineering, Firmware and Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality so NPI product releases run smoothly.
  • Plan, track, and run each program end to end, from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activity.
  • Keep process discipline and budget alignment in place, improve execution efficiency, keep priority deliverables in focus, and drive global process standardization.
  • Lead capacity expansion across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support scalable production.
  • Organize and run structured gate reviews that confirm alignment, readiness, and clear decisions.
  • Motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and data-driven decisions.
  • Spot risks early, put mitigation plans in place, and stay agile and adaptable in complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics to keep work on schedule, control cost, maintain high quality, and keep project flow smooth.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders about milestones, sample delivery timelines, reliability testing, and release status.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, and reinforce accountability and alignment through open, consistent communication.
  • Give leadership structured program updates covering status, risks, and recommended actions, and keep schedules, qualification plans, and PM tracking systems accurate.
  • Push process scalability and standardization to strengthen execution discipline across programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. A PhD is preferred.
  • You need at least 12 years in the semiconductor industry with solid knowledge of the full product lifecycle.
  • You need at least 6 years as an NPI Program Manager. Experience with module, controller, and smart power stage programs is preferred.
  • You should have a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, including development, production, package architectures, and multiple package types. Experience as a process or integration engineer at a fab or assembly site is a strong plus.
  • You have led complex cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous settings. Program or project management training or certification is supported.
  • You have strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
  • You are highly analytical, with strong organization, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • You learn quickly and adopt new tools, systems, and processes. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.
  • You are self-driven, curious, and committed to ongoing personal and professional growth.

Conditions

Work is in the company's global operations; details of location, schedule, and setup are not specified in the posting.

The company is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on protected grounds.

The company deals with dual-use technology subject to U.S. export controls, so it may need a U.S. government export license before sharing technology with certain people, and it alone decides whether to pursue one.

Benefits

  • A competitive benefits package is offered alongside salary. More details are shared during the hiring process.
