Sr Project Manager

As a senior project manager, you will lead strategic projects that drive success for the company and its clients, combining project management, technical judgment, communication skills and an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, keeping work within scope, schedule and budget.
• Run several projects at once, setting priorities and staying organized.
• Work with engineering, product and sales teams to move projects forward.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements and deliverables.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Spot risks early, put mitigation in place, and carry out risk assessments with recommendations for leadership.
• Set clear communication lines within the project team and with key stakeholders.
• Send regular project updates and status reports, and escalate issues when needed.
• Make sure deliverables meet high quality standards and fit the company's standards.
• Talk with clients to understand their needs and expectations and keep them satisfied.
• Help customers implement delivered solutions so they produce business value.
• Advise clients as a trusted adviser, drawing on current industry best practices.
• Look for ways to deepen client engagement and add further value.
• Find process improvements and help build best practices for project management.
• Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in technology, preferably in data analytics or a related area.
• Track record of managing several concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Highly organized with close attention to detail.
• A plus: PMP or other relevant certifications.

Conditions

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD.

Location: US East.

The range covers minimum and maximum targets across all U.S. locations and may include variable pay such as commission or bonus.

Final pay depends on skills, experience, education, training and work location.
