We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, and it runs on a set of purpose-built internal tools that our analysts depend on every hour of every day. We're seeking an experienced, technical Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the internal platforms that power Falcon Complete's operations — including our AI-native investigation and triage tooling, customer ticketing and case management systems, and the analyst workbench used to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale.

This is an internal-facing, operations-focused Product Management role. You will be the product voice of the SOC, Falcon Complete analyst and customer excellence teams, translating their workflow needs into a roadmap that improves detection & response speed, investigation quality, analyst efficiency, and customer outcomes. Here, your customers are the analysts, engineers, and operational leaders who deliver the service. You will work in close coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete, and with Falcon Complete senior leadership, to ensure the internal capabilities roadmap converges into the broader Falcon Complete vision and strategy.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, Falcon Complete operations leadership, analysts, security advisors, and other product managers across the platform to define and deliver tooling that scales MDR operations without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing the urgency of a 24/7 security operations environment with the discipline of a durable product roadmap, and will know when to drive decisions independently versus when to loop in senior stakeholders for alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Falcon Complete's internal tooling, including AI-native investigation and triage, ticketing/case management, and the analyst workbench, in coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall Falcon Complete product strategy
  • Partner closely with Falcon Complete operations leaders and analysts to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate them into clear product requirements
  • Act as the product leader for initiatives that apply AI and automation to reduce analyst cycles, accelerate investigation and response times, and improve consistency of service delivery
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize, build, and ship features that improve detection triage, case workflows, operational reporting, and customer experiences
  • Define and track metrics that demonstrate the impact of tooling improvements on analyst productivity, response time, and customer outcomes
  • Engage with Falcon Complete operations, support, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback on recent releases and shape future direction
  • Work on a team of high-performing professionals in a highly collaborative environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security operations, MDR/SOC tooling, case management systems, or other internal/operational platforms
  • Strong understanding of security operations workflows, detection triage, investigation, and incident response, and what makes tooling effective for analysts working at scale
  • Experience partnering with internal, operationally-focused stakeholders (as opposed to purely external customers) to define and prioritize a roadmap
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements for engineering and leadership
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
  • Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Bonus Points:
  • Practitioner experience as a security analyst, incident responder, or in a SOC/MDR environment
  • Experience building or managing internal tools, case management platforms, or workflow automation products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven triage, detection, or investigation assistance tooling
  • Experience with ticketing systems and case management platforms used in security operations
  • LI-RC2
  • LI-Remote
