Description

The company is building an AI platform for market intelligence and workflow automation, used by professionals in business and finance. It draws on more than 500 million premium business documents, including equity research, earnings calls, expert interviews, filings, news, and clients' own internal content.

The Financial Data team sources, integrates, and surfaces structured datasets so clients can find and act on insights, and delivers those datasets into their most important workflows.

This role owns how financial data is surfaced through search and agentic features across the platform. You will shape how financial content is structured, indexed, and ranked, so people and AI agents can find, screen, and use it reliably in research.

Responsibilities

  • Set the short- and mid-term roadmaps for surfacing financial data through search, screening, and agentic features, in line with business goals and client needs.
  • Build a clear picture of client personas such as analysts, bankers, and corporate development professionals, and how they search and screen financial content, whether directly or through AI agents, to inform the long-term Financial Data vision.
  • Keep finding gaps in searchability, screening logic, and content structure, and rank the fixes for tagging, indexing, and ranking.
  • Write and prioritize PRDs based on customer research and client feedback on search relevance, screening, and agentic retrieval of financial content.
  • Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch new search, screening, and agentic features and drive adoption.
  • Work with data platform and AI/ML teams to define how financial content should be structured and exposed for search infrastructure and agentic tools.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new search, screening, and agentic features, from ideas and user stories through launch and later iteration.
  • Define QA approaches for search accuracy, screening precision, and the reliability of agentic retrieval over financial content.
  • Work with core data platform teams to keep data delivery seamless, indexing fast, and search, screening, and agentic use cases reliable.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building SaaS products with engineering and scrum teams.
  • Experience with financial data products.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, turning PRDs, roadmaps, and requirements into agreement and execution across stakeholders.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a complex product backlog and see features through from start to finish.
  • You think strategically, approach problems through discovery, and are curious about client workflows and pain points, especially for financial analysts, investment bankers, and corporate development or deal teams.
  • You have a record of owning a roadmap and delivery in SaaS environments.
  • Experience with AI-powered search or workflow technology is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required.

Conditions

The base salary range is $128,000 - $160,000 USD. Ranges are set by function and level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies and internal peers, and shared on every posting in every hiring location. Final offers depend on factors such as experience and expertise and may fall outside this range.

The company is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on any basis protected by law, including in recruitment, hiring, training, advancement, and termination.

Benefits

  • You may be offered a performance-based bonus and equity, along with a generous benefits program.
