Description

The company is a full-stack AI cloud platform that takes developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production, so they do not have to build large in-house AI and ML infrastructure.

The team builds the infrastructure that serious AI teams run on, including GPU clusters, inference runtimes, development environments and data pipelines for demanding AI workloads.

The company works across compute, storage, networking and applied AI, from large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization. It is listed on Nasdaq (NBIS), headquartered in Amsterdam, and has R&D hubs in Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. The team has over 1,500 people, including hundreds of engineers in hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role is a hands-on product position focused on agentic infrastructure, meaning the capabilities developers and enterprises need to build, run and scale systems that reason, use tools and take action.

You will find emerging customer needs and product opportunities, and turn promising ideas into capabilities developers want to build on. You will also shape how the company works with other platforms and tools, drawing on product judgment, technical experimentation and close ties across the AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product direction: own the vision, priorities and roadmap for new opportunities in agentic infrastructure.
  • Talk directly with developers and enterprise teams to learn their workflows, technical limits and unmet needs.
  • Turn customer insights and ecosystem changes into clear product decisions and well-scoped releases.
  • Work with engineering and design from discovery through development, launch and iteration.
  • Measure success through developer adoption, production usage, customer outcomes and business impact.
  • Build prototypes, sample applications and integrations to test ideas and make decisions concrete.
  • Use the company and related ecosystem tools yourself to understand the developer experience and find gaps.
  • Weigh technical tradeoffs with engineers, including performance, reliability, security and cost.
  • Test new concepts with customers and turn the ones that work into production offerings.
  • Help create reference architectures and examples that make it easier for developers to start.
  • Build close relationships with founders, technical leaders and developers who shape how AI applications are built.
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies through hands-on testing and customer feedback.
  • Decide where the company should build, integrate or partner to give a stronger product experience.
  • Lead the product side of selected partnerships, from first concept through integration, launch and adoption.
  • Bring outside insights into platform planning and help leadership decide where to invest.
  • Work with developer relations, marketing, sales and field teams to take new capabilities to market.
  • Stay close to early users, remove adoption barriers and feed production learnings back into the roadmap.
  • Build a repeatable path from customer discovery and experimentation to products with sustained usage.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience building technical products, with real ownership of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms or developer tools.
  • A record of taking a product from an unclear customer problem to production adoption, with measurable results.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work through architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.
  • You use APIs and SDKs, explore unfamiliar tools and build working prototypes to test your thinking.
  • Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, documentation and operational workflows.
  • Understanding of how AI applications are built and a clear view of what increasingly agentic systems need from infrastructure.
  • Skill in customer discovery and good judgment about which needs can support a repeatable product.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, including product proposals, technical tradeoffs and investment recommendations.
  • Willingness to set direction, make decisions and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus: founded a company or was an early product or engineering leader at an AI or infrastructure startup.
  • Bonus: built products that developers use to create or run AI applications.
  • Bonus: experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure or production AI workloads.
  • Bonus: contributed to open-source projects or worked closely with developer communities.
  • Bonus: built technical partnerships that led to successful integrations or new product capabilities.
