  • Turn technical and schedule needs into IT demand signals and project plans with ROMs, milestones, dependencies, and risk and issue tracking.
  • Support accreditation and security posture by aligning IT solutions with RMF, JSIG, and customer requirements alongside cybersecurity, ISSM/ISSO, and program security teams.
  • Resolve complex cross-functional IT problems, such as classified software licensing, tool rollout, capacity limits, and performance issues, that affect cost, schedule, or technical performance.
  • Build and maintain program dashboards and status reports covering IT schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation plans for program leadership and CIDO management.
  • Work with engineering and operations on mission use cases such as modeling and simulation, software development, integration and test, and data analytics so the IT environment fits.
  • Find ways to standardize and reuse CIDO and classified solutions architectures, processes, and tools across the program and related efforts to cut cost and delivery time.
  • Lead or join technical and program reviews, such as internal gates, customer reviews, and ATO reviews, as the IT and CIDO representative.
  • Plan long range for IT capacity, lifecycle, and risk, including hardware and software end of life, storage growth, and network and HPC demand across the program portfolio.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in IT, business, or a related field plus 6 years of related experience, or a bachelor's in those fields plus 8 years, or an associate's plus 10 years. 12 years of related experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
