Description

The company is a precision timing business, offering MEMS-based timing products that it says are more accurate, smaller and more resilient than quartz devices.

MEMS timing is used in more than 400 applications, including AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

The company has shipped more than 4 billion devices.

The role is a senior technical program manager position that runs complex cross-functional programs from concept through product release and production ramp.

You will work with engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and business teams to hit schedules while managing technical risk, cost, quality and resource limits.

The team wants someone comfortable with ambiguity who can communicate across disciplines, has a record of delivering complex programs, and can drive execution through influence rather than formal authority in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, build and launch products.
  • Create and keep up integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource plans.
  • Spot program risks, issues and dependencies, then drive plans to mitigate and resolve them.
  • Measure progress against plan, flag gaps, and escalate them when needed.
  • Own product development phase-gate reviews and confirm that required deliverables are complete.
  • Identify and flag roadblocks during product development, and work with others to solve them.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables and decisions.
  • Give management and executives clear, concise status updates.
  • Lead continuous improvement work that improves project execution, communication and efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues where useful.
  • Support production ramp and volume scale-up when required.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in electrical engineering, science or a related technical field is required, and a PhD is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs, or leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • Fluency in one or more of: semiconductor product development, semiconductor processing, circuit design, MEMS, semiconductor packaging, systems engineering, product test and qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar.
  • Professional-level English, to communicate, collaborate and do the job in a business setting.
  • Desired: a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Desired: the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Desired: strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Desired: comfort presenting to senior leaders and driving executive decisions.
  • Desired: a collaborator who builds trust across functions.
  • Desired: the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Desired: adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desired: willingness to take and clearly state risks, and to steer through setbacks.
  • Desired: strong listening skills, including picking up hidden risks, conflicting priorities and emerging opportunities beyond what is said.
  • Desired: clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Desired: ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team.
